Discover what past attendees of AIE are saying about the program.
AIE was a mind-blowing experience! Learning the importance of emotional health was my greatest takeaway. This has greatly enhanced my relationship with God and with those around me. The knowledge of the staff and the referrals that connected with my passions were valuable in my journey. The leadership training component has helped me strategically think about the people I want to serve.

My time at the internship was a blessing. With the help of weekly discipleship and 1-on-1 mentorship, I witnessed self-development like never before. This program is not only for young people that see themselves in leadership, but also those that are dealing with uncertainty. It’s a worthwhile experience because it’s an investment in your future.

The AIE spiritual formation meetings helped me open up more with others and build my relationship with God. I grew in self-awareness and it helped me pinpoint what my weaknesses and strengths were. The mentors were amazing and easy to confide in. I gained a better understanding of who God is and His love for me.

My experience at AIE was life-giving! The weekly discipleship meetings helped me grow in my spiritual walk. Throughout the internship, I learned how to cultivate and shape my business, became more familiar with the do’s and don’ts of the industry, and gained both management and organizational skills.
