JOIN NYC ON A 10 YEAR JOURNEY…
Decadal Plan
Are you ready for a New York where one million new Metro New Yorkers are impacted with the gospel? Where 250,000 individuals are praying on a daily basis, together? Where 100,000 leaders across vocations and industries are changing the ethics and philanthropy of their work? Where 275,000 next-gen leaders are discipled and equipped to pursue God’s call in their lives? Where 250,000 New Yorkers who are living on the margins are given a voice and empowered to lead? Where 200,000 people are reached through thousands of new churches across the metro area? We are ready for this New York, and we want to invite you to join this vision through prayer, research, and action.

GOD IS RAISING UP THE NEXT LEADERS IN NYC
YPELF
Youth Pastors and Emerging Leaders Fellowship. You don’t have to do ministry alone!
The Youth Pastors and Emerging Leaders Fellowship (YPELF) exists to foster valuable connections among our next generation of leaders. Through various events and resources, we hope to provide a robust community with unique opportunities to fellowship, network, and develop a variety of skills that allow young leaders to grow together. We believe that when young leaders collaborate and join forces, they can create a catalyst for change in a movement that can impact both our city and future generations to come.
To stay connected between fellowships and events, and for more information and resources, we welcome you to join our YPELF Facebook Group via the LEAD NYC Facebook page. Let’s GROW!

SERVING THE CITY
10 Zip Codes Project
We are excited to be a foundational part of the Decadal Plan, a 10-year journey in the Metro New York area where we hope to see 1 million new people reached and changed by the gospel. The 10 Zip Codes Project is focused on seeing this vision become a reality through our continued service to the most overlooked zip codes in our city and region. Led by Mark Atkinson and his team, including Peter Rhee and Zach Lembke, the 10 Zip Codes Project continues to seek out the distribution of micro-grants to support Christian organizations working to provide relief during the COVID-19 crisis, to support the marginalized throughout the metro area, and to connect, equip, and nurture those who are already doing this compassionate and grace-filled work that God has called them to.
