LEAD.NYC is laser-focused on reaching the NYC area knowing full well that what we do here sends ripple effects from the Atlantic to the Pacific and around the globe! As the average age of Christians rises we believe that focusing on emerging and millennial leaders will ensure a gospel legacy. We nurture leaders, unite congregations, and inspire Christians to integrate faith into every aspect of their daily life. Our initiatives are something that is continuing to rise out of this great city!

As our mission has continued to expand, we’re excited to see where God is taking us over these next several years through a new vision called Flourish 2030. Unveiled at Movement Day 2021, Flourish 2030 serves as both the roadmap and heartbeat of LEAD.NYC, and it hinges on engagement across three sectors: Leaders, Neighborhoods, and the City. Whether you lead or serve in NYC at a macro or micro level, we want to come alongside you as we walk out God’s calling.
